Our Olive Leaf Jelly is a light, refreshing spread made from olive leaf tea. It tastes wonderful on a biscuit, atop cheese, as a companion to nut butters or as a glacé for grilled meat. Our chef loves to use it as an ingredient in salad dressings. And, Sandy has been known to eat a spoonful by the light of her open fridge to satisfy a midnight sweet tooth attack.
