- 2 cups all-purpose flower
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups sugar
- lemon zest
- 1 cup Sandy Oaks Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1.5 cups milk
- 1 tbs. lemoncello

Beat eggs, mix in oil and sugar, add milk and lemoncello. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients.
Add dry ingredients to wet and incorporate until blended.
In a greased 9×13 pan, add mixture and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
